Diep.io is a fun and easy game to play. .io games are known to be simplistic and straightforward, so there won't be much of a learning curve here.
Aim the tank by dragging the mouse. The tank will always face the direction of your mouse cursor. Click to shoot a projectile. Try to aim for the shapes to get XP and upgrade your tank. Once your upgrade it enough, you can start exploring the map and finding other players to hunt down.
Move with the WASD keys. It's important to note that the tank doesn't go in the direction of the mouse. W is used to go up, A is used to go left, D is used to go right, and S is used to go down. The direction and the movements are controlled independently.
Now you're good to go! Careful not to get hit by a tank from the opposing teams!
Diep.io was created by Matheus Valadares. He is also the creator of Agar.io, the very first .io game that spawned a massive trend! Agar.io was later bought out by Miniclip, and Valadares went on to work on other projects, such as Diep.io (this game).
