Vex 5 is the fifth game in the popular Vex series. These games are fast-paced and full of action-packed excitement. Vex will require lots of quick thinking and agile movements.
Now that you know the basics of the Vex series, let's teach you all there is to know about how to play it.
In Vex 5, the goal is to get to the end of each act by controlling the stickman and avoiding traps. Move using WASD or the arrow keys. The "S" key or down arrow key performs a slide to get through tight spaces. Jump on a wall and then jump again to perform a wall jump, enabling you to reach high places without breaking a sweat.
Think you mastered Vex movements? Don't celebrate yet, this was just the beginning. When you hop in a pool of water, the controls get way more complex. Use the W key to swim in the direction you're facing, and the A and D keys to rotate left and right, respectively.
There are nine unique acts in Vex 5. each of which is more difficult than the last one. After passing all of these, you can unlock the final "Vex" act, a challenging level combining everything from the previous acts. Good luck!
Don't forget to try out the Vex Challenge Room. Climb to the top of the tower, with each floor being a randomly generated obstacle. With a total of 30 floors and no checkpoints, making it to the top is one of the greatest challenges present in game! It's also a good way to practice your platforming skills if you're stuck on one act in particular.
If you mastered Vex 6 (or can't beat it but want to enjoy a similar game) try out Vex 8. It's the latest and most fun entrance in the series yet! There are some spinoffs as well, including Vex Challenges and Vex 3 Christmas Edition.
