Fireboy and Watergirl games are exciting two-player puzzle games made by Oslo Albet. One player takes control of Fireboy and the other takes control of Watergirl. Together, the two players must work together to collect all the diamonds and reach the exit.
Fireboy and Watergirl games are easy to play. The arrow keys are used to control Fireboy, and W, A, D are used to control Watergirl. The goal is for both characters to make it safely to the exit door and collect all the diamonds.
Elements don't mix! Fireboy cannot come in contact with water pits, and Watergirl cannot come in contact with lava pits. Neither character can come in contact with green goo.
Throughout levels there are various buttons and levers that can open doors or unlock passageways. Different games have new gimmicks such as lasers, where you need to use mirrors to light up the same-colored lasers to the same-color buttons.
There are a total of five Fireboy and Watergirl games, with a sixth one coming soon. All Fireboy and Watergirl games can be played for free and unblocked on Gilect Play.
Fireboy and Watergirl Forest Temple is the very first Fireboy and Watergirl game. The two players work together to make it out of the forest temple by interacting with various switches and jumping across platforms.
Fireboy and Watergirl Light Temple is the follow up that sees Fireboy and Watergirl escaping from a light temple. Lasers are introduced and have to be shined on the same color buttons. This can be done with mirrors, which can be rotated and moved.
Fireboy and Watergirl Ice Temple is the third game in the series. This time, they are having a very "cool" (get it) time on their journey through the Ice Temple. Fireboy can slide on ice but Watergirl and climb up slippery slopes.
In Fireboy and Watergirl Crystal Temple, Fireboy and Watergirl are venturing through a mysterious temple with a new mechanic: teleportation. Move through the portals to end up in a completely different place! Objects such as boxes can also be pushed through portals.
Fireboy and Watergirl Elements is perhaps the largest Fireboy and Watergirl game. In this game, there are numerous temples to explore. These include the all new fire temple, the all new water temple, the all new wind temple, the forest temple, the light temple, the ice temple, and the crystal temple.
Fireboy and Watergirl was created by Oslo Albet way back in 2009, which means that it's been around for nearly a decade and a half! Oslo Albet is still making Fireboy and Watergirl games, with the fifth one, Fireboy and Watergirl Elements, being released in 2019. That's a decade after the original!
The first four Fireboy and Watergirl games were made using Adobe Flash. When Adobe Flash shut down in 2020, millions of Flash games became unplayable.
