The very original Duck Life launched in 2007 developed by Wix Games and MAD.com. It was a very simple game with just three training minigames and a few races. It was only playable as a Flash game in browsers.
After the success of Duck Life, a sequal was launched: Duck Life 2 World Champion! The game played similar to the Original Duck Life, but with climbing as an added skill. The first big overhaul in the Duck Life series was Duck Life 3: Evolution! At the time, Duck Life 3 was huge and a massive improvment to it's predecessors. The story involves around "genetically modified ducks" where, after training your duck for a long enough time, it can evolve into a bigger and stronger duck! The process repeats a few times until you beat the world champion duck. The game features newer worlds and scenery, as well as different minigames in the later stages of the game.
Even bigger than Duck Life 3 was Duck Life 4! In Duck Life 4, genetically modified ducks were banned. But, there are still 6 new worlds to explore with tons of fun new minigames! Later, Duck Life 4 was remade and rebranded to "Duck Life" and published to mobile. It was later renamed again back to "Duck Life 4." This version of the Duck Life game is playable for free on Gilect Play."
Duck Life took a strange new path when Duck Life Treasure Hunt (also known as Duck Life 5) released. Instead of training your duck to be a champion racer, you compete in an infinite runner similar to Jetpack Joyride (which is available to play for free on Gilect Play.)
Duck Life 6: Space, came out later. The game was similar to Duck Life 4, but in space. Duck Life 7: Battle, also took a new path, where players battle to be the strongest duck instead of race.
