The goal in Getaway Shootout is to be the first player to reach the Getaway Area. You can either compete against a friend, a friend and two bots, or play by yourself and compete against three bots.
Lean toward the left by pressing and holding the W key and lean to the right by pressing and holding the E key. Let go of the key to launch yourself in the direction you are leaning. Use the R key to fire a weapon, which automatically aims at the closest player. Player two uses the I and O keys to move left and right, and the P key to fire the weapon.
If you are in two-player mode, the screen is split into two sections. This way, both players can simultaneously compete on the same computer and keyboard. The first player to be first to the getaway three times wins the round!
