Pac-Man Championship Edition has you controlling the legendary Pac-Man. To make your way through the maze, navigate using the arrow keys or by swiping. You can turn slightly faster around corners by selecting the direction to turn before reaching the corner. Pac-Man will emit sparks and turn with a higher speed!
The goal of Pac-Man Championship Edition is to reach the highest score possible before the time limit runs out. This can be done in three ways: eating dots, eating fruits, and eating ghosts. After eating all the dots on one side of the screen, a fruit will appear. Eating the fruit will reset that side of the cleared side.
Eating Power Pellets (bigger dots) makes you invincible for a short amount of time. During this period, the ghosts will turn blue and run away from you. Take advantage of this by eating them, which will increase your score. The more ghosts you eat in a row, the higher the score multiplier will be.
If the ghosts aren't under the effect of a power pellet, then they are dangerous! Bumping into one will cost you to lose a life and the ghosts will jump back into the ghost house. This also causes you to lose a lot of time! An extra life is earned for every 20,000 points.

Pac-Man Championship Edition was made by a team of people at Bandai Namco, let by Toru Iwatani. He is also the creator of the very original Pac-Man, and this was his last Pac-Man game he worked on. As such, this is often considered the "official Pac-Man sequel" since it's the only one made by Toru Iwatani.
