Vex 6 is not an easy game. No, seriously. Don't play it. It's one of the hardest 2D platformer games out there. The only game harder is Vex 7. If you still want to play it, be prepared to die... a lot.
Vex 6 is the sixth (obviously) installment in the Vex series. Vex games are fast-paced parkour-platformer action games where you control a stickman through a seemingly simple 2D level. But don't let the simple graphics deceive you. Vex games are not easy. There are nine brand-new and unique stages and nine "hardcore" versions of those stages. Then try the brand new "Vexation" gamemode.
There are a total of 64 skins to collect if being a simple stickman isn't good enough for you. Some skins are common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare, and legendary. But legendary skins aren't easy to get, each costing around 250 coins. Collect coins throughout levels and also collect stars, which are located in tricky areas.
Just like all other Vex games, in Vex 6 you control the stickman through a series of stages (or Acts, as called in-game.) Move using WASD or the arrow keys. The "S" key or down arrow key performs a slide so you can get through tight spaces. Wall jump to climb up large walls.
Swimming is another element present in Vex games. Use the W or up arrow key to swim in the direction you're facing, and the S or down arrow key to swim in the opposite direction. Use the A and D keys or the left and right arrow keys to turn left or right while swimming.
Up for a challenge? Try the daily bonus stage, a daily unique level. Collect all the coins to unlock the doors to the next part of the stage. Daily Bonus Stages are a great way to gain coins fast so that you can unlock new skins.
Another way to easily grind for coins is by completing Daily Tasks. Completing tasks could be as easy as collecting 6 coins or as difficult as completing 3 levels. Either way they give you a nice stack of coins for completing them and they reset every day.
Vex 6 is the sixth game in the Vex series. This means there are many more. The Vex series goes up to Vex 8 (as of January 2024), and there are spinoffs as well, including Vex Challenges and Vex 3 Christmas Edition. Unfortunately, the first 2 Vex games are currently unplayable because they were created exclusively in Adobe Flash, a now defunct platform.
