Mini Swim is an incredibly addicting platformer game. Part of the reason for that is because of its simple and intuitive controls. Control your blob by using the W, A, S, and D keys or with the arrow keys. The blob swims downward automatically, to swim upward press and hold the up arrow key or the W key.
While you're swimming, be sure to watch for enemies such as jellyfish. Some of the jellyfish even swim around making it even more tricky to evade them. Watch their behavior first and then make your moves to ensure you can beat the level.
To proceed to the next stage, all of the coins have to be collected. There are over 27 unique levels each with different layouts, enemies, and coin placements.
Once you've finished all the levels, you can attempt to speedrun it. In the special speedrun mode, play through all the levels at once and collect all the coins. But watch out, you're on a time limit. A death will send you back to the start and cause you to lose out on time.
You might notice that Mini Swim has a very different style to many other games on Gilect Play. Rather than try and have the latest and greatest graphics, Mini Swim emulates the old retro style you might get on a Gameboy or Nintendo Entertainment System.
All of the stages in the game have a fixed camera position, so you can plan out a route to collect all the coins and dodge the enemies. Mini Swim will make you feel nostalgic for all those old games in the '90s!
